Info Post
I put this smoothie together yesterday, because I wanted to use up the remaining pineapple juice from when I made Hawaiian muffins the other day. The combination was a great one. It was very smooth and much more juice-like than my typical smoothies. We enjoyed the smoothies on the back patio along with our Favorite Pancakes made into PB&J sandwiches. It was a fun lunch.

3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup green grapes, preferably frozen
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls organic baby spinach

Layer the ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth. It's important to blend green smoothies a little longer than other varieties in order to avoid little bits of the greens floating around in your drink.

Makes (2) 16 ounce smoothies
